Six years ago, I started my career the way most people do: fixed office, fixed schedule, one fixed city. It worked, until I realized what I actually wanted wasn't a bigger office. It was freedom.
Across five companies and three industries, from civil engineering to energy trading to ESG and carbon markets, I kept doing the same thing: joining teams during fast-moving, still-forming moments and helping them build the structure to move forward together.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped wanting a fixed desk and started wanting flexibility: the ability to do this work from Brazil, from Spain, from wherever I choose next. That's what pulled me toward freelancing. Not less ambition. Just a different shape for it.
Today, I bring that same mix of calm and drive to every project: the patience to listen first, and the hunger to actually get things done.

End-to-end management of the I-REC certification process — mapped in Miro, from documentation to stakeholder sign-off, turning a multi-step compliance process into something a team could actually follow.
Sales Funnel Management — Ambipar
Built the Pipedrive CRM from scratch, structuring the sales pipeline stages. Result: 40% proposal conversion rate (goal: 35%) and a 9.1 client NPS score (goal: 8.5).
